Define Business Process Automation(BPA)?

Business process automation is the process where we eliminate all the manual intervention’s carried out the by the user in an organization on day to day basis.

The main reason behind adopting BPA is to minimize human intervention which leads to error, reduce cost (one time investment on the Hardware and software components), Process time is less, improve efficiency. It’s engineering process of Managing information, data and processes with the help of Information system OR implementing software applications to automate routine business tasks through initiation, execution and completion until the goal and objective is achieved or fulfilled.

Main reason behind adopting BPA to increase efficiency in process and stability in operation and maintain  productivity, the evolution of BPA takes places from problem area where we analyzing critical and non-critical business processes and their relationship and dependency on other business processes and external entities.
